These high power LEDs consist of a 800 micron die mounted on specially designed 4 pin lead frame which allows the LED to be operated at a pulsed current of 4 A under 4.5V for a stable long life. The 630 nm, 850 and RGB versions are shown below, but we can package any wavelength into this FL package.
